Trim whitespace

Removes leading and trailing spaces and collapses repeated spaces inside a value.

Normalise numbers

Makes numbers in one column consistent: one decimal separator and no grouping.

Normalise dates

Writes unambiguous dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Ambiguous dates are not changed.

Remove exact duplicates

Removes rows that are identical to another row.

This is an analysis and a cleaning pass. The tool finds empty cells, duplicate rows and inconsistent formats, but it fills nothing in and makes no judgement about the content.
