Add a DOCX template with placeholders such as {{name}}. You get a form for the placeholders the tool found, and a file with your values.
The template
DOCX. Up to 8 MB. Legacy .doc files are not read.
Placeholders are replaced only with your own values. The tool creates no content and stores nothing.
The tool found no placeholders. Use {{name}} in the Word document.
